Materials Needed:

Medium worsted weight/category 4 yarn approximately 615 meters/670 meters

H/5 mm crochet hook

Yarn needle

Measuring tape

Size:

The scarf measures approximately 10.5 inches wide and about 72 inches long. Length can be adjusted.

Stitches/Abbreviations Used:

** - work instructions within asterisks as many times as directed

[ ] - work instructions within parenthesis as a set as many times as directed

ch - chain

st/sts - stitch/stitches

dc - double crochet

cluster - double crochet 3 sts worked together in the same st/space

Note:

The pattern is written using standard American terms

For a custom width make chains in multiples of 7 + 6

Instruction

Row 1: Ch 41, skip 3 ch from hook (skipped 3 ch counts as the 1^st st), dc in next 3 ch, **skip next ch, [cluster, ch 1, cluster] in next ch, skip next ch, dc in next 4 ch** Repeat from ** to ** across. Turn. 

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as 1^st st), dc in next 3 dc, **[dc, ch 1, dc] in next ch-1 space, dc in next 4 dc** Repeat from ** to ** across. Turn.

Row 3: Ch 3 (counts as 1^st st), dc in next 3 dc, **[cluster, ch 1, cluster] in next ch-1 space, dc in next 4 dc** Repeat from ** to ** across. Turn.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you reach the desired length.
