Making animal face
Cut out 2 circles of about 2 cm diameter from the black felt sheet for eyes
Glue in the half beads to the circle as seen in the image
Glue the eyes to one oval piece just above the line at the centre.
Embroider nose between the eyes and a smile below
Embroider lashes on the outer side of the eyes
Attaching the zipper

If the zipper is longer than required cut off the excess and make a stopper by placing a couple of stitches near the end.

Mark the top 33 sts for the opening where the zipper will be placed. For that you can place a marker in the st after the joint and count 33 sts and place another marker at the 33rd st. Fold the oval piece in half and check if the alignment is right. Place the two pieces together with the wrong sides of both facing each other and place markers on the other piece also.
Then sew the zipper starting from one end where a marker is placed up to the other marker.
Similarly sew the 2nd piece to the other side of the zipper.
Open the zip halfway and fold it over so that the wrong sides are out. Starting from the stitch after the marker join the sides of the two pieces together by working sc sts in each st through both the pieces up to the st after the next marker.
Bring the right side out.

Lining:
Disclaimer: I'm not an expert in sewing and don't know anything other than basic sewing, so whatever I have shown here is what I did, feel free to follow your own method.

For lining cut out a piece of fabric measuring the width of the purse and twice the height.
Fold into half and sew the sides together. Sew diagonally at both the lower corners to form small triangles to match the curved corners of the purse. Insert the lining material into the purse with the right side in and the wrong side out.

Sew the top of the lining around the inside of the purse.

Sew ears and decorate with flowers.
