I guess I am one of those few bloggers who haven't shared a Valentine post yet. Lately, I have been seeing hearts everywhere and that was enough to motivate me to make one myself. I got my inspiration from Lucy's rose heart hanger.
Actally I made one last year too. It was a long red heart but I didn't like it. I had made up my own pattern. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, so I threw it away. This time I used the pattern from here.
I used a bulky weight yarn and the color gives it a rustic look. I really ♥ this one. I played around with textures too. I love editing my photos but I don't think I have ever used textures before. I got some free ones online and loved them.
Do you know I am pinning too? I created my pinterest account some time back but hadn't been pinning enough then. Recently I have started to take my pinning more seriously ;) and have created more boards. So if you wish you can follow me here.
